Notice that neither candidate is promoting universal health though as
Hilllary was.

The solution is not dumping money into it.  It's lowering admin costs
and bringing market power to doctors.  That's not a popular thing to
say these days, but it's the only way out: put the power of price
control into the hands of people and enable lower admin costs.
