Obama's plan calls for more government involvement in health care- the
Canada plan on installments, as the article said.

McCain's plan essentially takes the employer-centric tax break model and
frees it of employers, giving the self-employed and unemployed a tax credit
and therefore a tax benefit targeted at health care that they do not
currently enjoy. it changes the game in a meaningful way, without changing
the underlying fundamentals of market-based solutions for health insurance
and care.
