Let me rephrase that statement. I don't support changing the law regarding the size of corporate entities. I support the judicious use of anti-trust law to prevent anti-competitive behavior.
I also don't subscribe to the notion that any single company is too big to fail. Our current predicament stems from the threat of systemic failure, not the threat to any single entity. If it were just AIG that was going to go down in flames, then I say let them fail.
