I personally know a guy who own and works full-time at a mediocre
roofing business - and has - for 25 years.

About 3 years ago he got his retirement letter from the GM union
asking him how he'd like to hold his retirement party.

The guy hadn't been to work at GM in decades, but was a paid full time employee.

That company needs to go.
