we have farmers moaning about hard times
well, there's ethanol and bio-diesel
both could not only reduce our dependence on imported oil but help the
farmers and local communities

Calif. refiners could benefit by having a local source for the ethanol to
blend in and meet the clean air rules.
Sounds like a win-win...
