Out of curiosity, what executive experience does McCain have? I really don't know, that's not meant to be a snark. I'm not aware of any off the top of my head. > Here's what he thinks of the constitution: > > "But the Supreme Court never ventured into the issues of > redistribution of wealth and the more basic issues of political and > economic justice in this society, and to that extent, as radical as, I > think, people try to characterize the Warren court, it wasn't that > radical; it didn't break free from the essential constraints that were > placed by the Founding Fathers and the Constitution, as least as it's > been interpreted." - Barack Obama Actually, that's what he thinks about the Supreme Court's investigation of a certain area of law. Did the court get into the issue of redistribution of wealth and the basic issues of political and economic justice in society? As far as I'm aware, he's correct, the Warren court never got into that. Is he mistaken? ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Adobe® ColdFusion® 8 software 8 is the most important and dramatic release to date Get the Free Trial http://ad.doubleclick.net/clk;207172674;29440083;f Archive: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-community/message.cfm/messageid:277136 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-community/subscribe.cfm Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=11502.10531.5
