Years ago was stuck on a crowded BART train inside the Transbay Tube halfway between SF and Oakland, train stopped and a/c went out. Train operator was trying to keep people amused making comments over the intercom like "aren't you glad you use Dial? Don't you wish everybody did?" <ha>
