Nothing "wrong" per se, they have just made a huge number of changes to the
way things are organized and dealt with, so now you are looking at
re-training everyone who deals with Microsoft servers to learn the way
things are done in 2008.

Take IIS. I had to search the blogs just to figure out how to install it.
That's just a waste of time I don't need to deal with.
