I'm 100% sure that BOTH the 82nd and the Guard seized weapons.  The guard
was in the right, following state orders.  They did what they were supposed
to,

The 82nd on the other hand is a title 10 federal military unit that
shouldn't have been there at all under posse comitatus (sp?)
