"Didnt I post a snopes on this the first time you posted it?"

Dana,

I do not know if you posted a snopes link or not. I never saw one, but I
don't read every post. Sometimes I don't read cf-community for weeks at a
time.

The snopes article does not deny that Odinga claimed Obama is his cousin. I
have never claimed that Odinga is Obama's cousin. All the snopes article
does is verify what I the link that I posted: That Odinga claims Obama as
his cousin. The snopes article verifies that Obama made public
appearances with Odinga in 2006.

The money donation thing I'll concede since an Obama spokesman said he
didn't give money to Odinga. I'll concede that Obama didn't ask Dick Morris
to help Obama either since Morris said he did it of his own free will.

Back to the nature of this thread, it was suggested that people might find
it newsworthy that Obama has relatives in Kenya. Likewise, some people
might find it newsworthy that the formerly imprisoned for insurrection,
communist, muslim prime minister of Kenya, whose followers rioted and killed
many Christians after he lost an election, claims to be Obama's cousin,
especially considering that Obama has contacted him and given speeches with
him. Obviously you don't.

Here is a link to a CBS2 news clip at youtube that shows excerpts of Obama
in Africa. Part of the clip talks about the president of Kenya accusing
Obama of campaigning for Odinga:
