to four packs a day is a plus. I doubt your lungs would embrace the fact you 
only smoke 4 packs.

It'll be decades before Iraqi infrastructure is back to what it was 
pre-invasion. And Middle Eastern countries have VERY long memories. They've had 
cultural rifts that have lasted thousands of years, they won't forget the last 
5 any time soon. To clarify 4204 is the current number of U.S. soldiers lives 
squandered.
