Already ahead of you and tried that. Product tech support already had me try
it to verify that it was some of the dll's in vista that were causing the
issue.

In Vista, even though you log in as an Administrator, you don't have full
Admin privileges. You need to right click the file and select Run As
Administrator.
Security measure, since in XP most people ran as Administrator users making
it easier for spyware to be installed.
