That panel already rejected some of this argument AND it's a panel
selected by the Chief of the Canvassing board that oversaw the entire
recount.

Basically Coleman is saying: "Hey judges!  Your recount sucks ass and
you're morons.  Now do it again because of this evidence you've
already thrown out"

How would guess they'll rule?
