We have a very strict no xxxxx in the office during work hours. Well, maybe not before lunch. OK, maybe not before coffee. OK, at least between the time the computer goes on and the first emails are looked at. Yes, that's it. No xxxxx in the office while looking at the first morning email. Very strict policy!
