Pardoning border agents who shot a man in cold blood doesn't sit too well with me, especially in light of what is currently happening with the police shooting in Oakland, but overall, I agree with you about his discretion with the pardons. I really expected Scooter Libby to get a complete walk, and all the Enron bunch as well. I am pleased that didn't happen.
