But that's the stand-off right now IMO. There are probably numerous countries telling us to handle it ourselves or they'll handle it. So think if some country, say the Netherlands, sent a team of agents to arrest Cheney on War Crimes. Ain't no win in that situation. Thus Obama almost HAS to do something.
