*sigh* The drug was not found in the boy's system at the time of the incident was it? So how could it be deemed 'responsible' ??
If you kill someone driving while drunk, is the company that made the alcohol responsible? There are clear warnings on the drug. This is all BS. If I use Antihistamines regularly and I go fly a plane and it crashes. Is it the fault of the antihistamine drug??When there are warnings all over the package? Or if the drug is a prescription drug and the doctor tells you it causes x..y..or Z? Come on people....
