Amen. I may have disagreed w/ you strongly in regards to religion, Gel,
but this is dead on. The case that bothers me the most is (and this is
so old, maybe its a UL), the crook tries to escape from jail, breaks his
leg, and sues the jail.

One case I _know_ isn't a UL is a suit against some subway. The subway
train's operator booth thingy was locked up, but the locks were poor.
Some kid broke the lock, went into the booth, opened the window and lost
his arm. So - the parent thinks its the fault of the train operator -
not the kid.
