I think this tax thing is totally and utterly ridiculous. Everyone in America and most other capitalist countries that have income tax laws can be brought up on one little tax issue at some point in their lives. Most have Accountants handling their taxes for them, and even these experts can make mistakes, or some other expert can point out something they did incorrectly.
To use this to prevent qualified people from taking up posts is totally ridiculous in my view. US6,000???
