I am sorry, but it feels to me like those in need of help from the president's plan are getting rewarded for their own stupidity for buying more of a house than they could afford. There was a report in the news that one thing in this bill (or whatever it is) will give $1000 t anyone receiving assistance if they can pay their mortgage for a year. WTF?
It is just another act in the 'Protect the stupid people and make the smart ones pay for it' saga.
