i had to refi my house to pay off debts and get out of the divorce.
the house is now 100k over blown in value
the modification i just got puts me @ 4.25% for 5 years and then 8.99
+ whatever after that.
that just gets me to the day when i can hopefully take advantage of this
situation. im screwed if not, and am basically in a 5 year plan to get
into a foreclosure because ill never be able to afford that amount, nor will
i be able to at that rate, and ill never drop a dime into that house again
if the value is 100k over valued. not into it.

so, call me what you want, i dont give a fuck, but im not looking for a handout
i just want the motherfucker re-appraised, a new loan at the REAL VALUE
and ill be on my happy way. looks like if i want to do this, ill have to give
up some ownership of the house or whatever, but thats fine, i dont care
its just a place to live, we all have to have one... whatever.
