If you take it to one of their preferred shops - they have to guarantee the
repairs. If anything goes wrong during the repair process - whether it's bad
parts, a delay on parts, they paint it wrong, anything at all - the
insurance company has to make it 100% for you. And they have to pay for the
rental for as long as you are out of your car if the shop is at fault for
the delays.

I highly recommend you take it to a preferred shop - and then make sure
absolutely everything is done to your satisfaction.

This is EXACTLY what my man does for his job - oversees preferred shops and
makes sure everyone is getting a fair deal.

Seriously - if you have any questions at all - let me know ...
