Look, I'm all for free speech, but it appears pretty common-sense-ish,
that context is key.  I don't think that the majority of people are
thinkers (woe there, horsie), so you gotta phrase things in ways that
don't encourage stupidity.

I want to be able to yell "fire" in a crowed theater as much as the next guy.

"FIRE!"

(Man I've had a lot of fun with that analogy over the years)
