How many times must I repeat the phrase, or cannot you understand? When within group variation is far greater than between group variance, then any between group variation is simply moot. That is one of the hardest facts in IQ research, any so call racial iq differences is nothing compared to what is within those groups. in other words the overlap in scores is so great that there are no real differences between the groups, or at least any statistical or clinical difference between the groups. Here's where your Cystic Fibrosis example fails, the above is normative, CF is not. The particular mutation first became evident in caucasians from certain regions, much the same as sickle cell anemia in blacks from certain areas in Africa, or lactose tolerance in adults whose heritage include cattle raising areas of Europe and Asia, with a side group in the Serengeti region. However what you are suggesting is that certain groups are less intelligent than whites, therefore its OK to discriminate.
