For what, exactly? I am on the record as saying I really don't care that they waterboarded KSM and other top Al Qaeda members, and I am generally OK with the warrantless wiretapping program, though if evidence comes to light that it was used for something other than terror-related surveillance, I would be open to prosecutions of the people involved.
