So I'm sure you've all forgotten that Norm Coleman (R) has been
contesting the November 2008 MN Senate election that Al Franken
narrowly won.

Breaking Republican rhetoric from 2000, Norm has been pursuing appeal
after appeal but the final day in court looks to be April 7th with a
little slop as I'm sure it'll go to the MN Supreme Court from there.
(These are all Repubulican appointed courts and boards that Norm is
losing on btw)

So, assuming Norm loses, I'm curious to see if The Republicans will
complete their destiny by once again pissing on The Constitution.

Article 1, Section 5 says that, "Each House shall be the Judge of the
Elections, Returns and Qualifications of its own Members ..."

The Dems in the Senate have been patient and will wait for the MN
Supreme Court to rule, but then I'm sure they'll move to seat Franken
no matter what the MN gov and SecState say.

Will the Republicans fight it? Will they argue that The Constitution
doesn't apply? Will they stomp on State's rights?

Stay Tuned!
