Agreed.

But I don't think there is any question (except from Mike) that we
moved assets, resources and focus from Afghanistan and applied them to
Iraq.

I don't think there is much question that more assets, resources and
focus would have IMPROVED THE ODDS of a great outcome. And probably
improved the outcome.

I think there is some question, but a valid argument can be made, that
Pakistan trending was hurt in a number of ways by the Iraq initiative.
It is worse than it could and should be.

The minimum I would like to see is us not being blown up in the USA by
these people.
The second thing I would like to see is no Americans anywhere being
blown up by these people.

Things like women being able to attend school, not being killed for
showing their nose in public, not being raped at will by their
husbands, etc are probably out of the question at this point.
