I just spoke with the vet. Ryoga's doing better, but on top of everything
else, most of the exotics specialists in the area are away at a conference
right now. So our vet's office is deluged, and they're very short staffed.
We just seem to pick the best of times.

As for the cash, I don't even want to think about it.
