Also, I have done plenty of bitching about the Ontario health care system -- a lot of my family lives there -- but Ontario is not Canada. Larry says the systems in British Columbia and Manitoba work uite a but better, and I have to say that the system in Quebec is quite a bit better as well....it's functional at least. In all fairness I also have to point out that I am probably hearing the rants....not the successes.
