A fine question indeed. Once upon a time, however, we also had classes
in this country in the subject of Civics. That, lamentably, has fallen
by the wayside. Civics, ethics, critical thinking...are these things
we can teach any longer? I'd like to think that we could find a way if
we had the will to do so. The will to do so is a tricky bit.
