Not too bad. I like the use of the serif font, it seems very
lawyerish. The top half of the page is very visual but doesn't say
anything about what the company does. On my laptop, I have to scroll
in order to see that they are lawyers. The rest of it is enough that I
would probably understand that they are lawyers anyway, but I like a
nice blatant strong lead on a home page that says front and center,
This is who we are and what we do very simply.

There is a fair bit of inline styling that ought to get pulled up into
a css file. If you can take the time to do it, I'd pull the text out
from the images that explains what they do. Litigation Services (auto
accidents, construction disputes, etc) really ought to be text that a
search engine can read because it is fundamentally what these dudes
do. I'd search for "construction dispute lawyer" if I had a
construction dispute and they need that text to come up. You can still
use those colored boxes as backgrounds and lay the text atop it and
look very much the same.

You should also take a look at the accessibility of the site. Its not
a huge deal right now but it is becoming more of an issue and lawyers
really ought to be ahead of the curve if possible since there will be
a bunch of legal issues arising as a result. Start by double checking
all your alt tags, I'd group together your navigation (offscreen if
necessary), and make sure that everything works without JS.

You'd be helped out with the accessibility issue if you pulled the
text out from those colored boxes as well. The Business Planning and
Estate Planning are kind of low contrast and coupled with a small font
could make it difficult to read, especially for the target audience of
old people looking to get their estate in order.

That's it for now. Nice looking site all in all. Very professional and
non-threatening.
