No, I've had mine from 41,000 and I'm currently around 83K I "do" have a rattle up front but I think that's a problem with the sway bar "connect." I have went through 8 shocks in 40,000 miles. All of them had to be replaced because of them leaking oil. Just spent $300 somewhere else to get shocks that do not leak oil (gas shocks) and I am getting ready to fire a letter off to Chrysler and ask for $300.
