Oatmeal

1 packet instant oatmeal, cinnamon, low sugar

Pour packet into coffee mug.
Turn sink hot water on. Wait till it starts to steam
Add water until it just covers all oatmeal.

Wait 10 seconds. stir

21 grams carbs, net.

That is probably 22 breakfasts per month.
