So I know everyone said only worry about net carbs.. My friend wants to go to a deli for lunch, the only thing I can see me eating is the chili.. it has 18 total grams of carbs and 17 grams of fiber.. I haven't eaten a whole meal that has had 18 grams of carbs in it (since I started).. do I really only count that as 1? Will I regret this decision in the morning? heh
