That pretty much is correct from what you are describing.  But I'm a bit
suspicious as to how it is made.  When I make low carb chili, it tends to
have about 6 grams of carbohydrates.  

Can you get a list of the ingredients?  That tells a lot its contents.

So I know everyone said only worry about net carbs..
My friend wants to go to a deli for lunch, the only thing I can see me
eating is the chili.. it has 18 total grams of carbs and 17 grams of
fiber..
I haven't eaten a whole meal that has had 18 grams of carbs in it
(since I started).. do I really only count that as 1? Will I regret
this decision in the morning? heh
