Try this thought experiment: (1.) Walk into an airport with $2000 and a passport. What can you get with that? A lot! You can fly on a $100,000,000 piece of equipment that takes probably at least 100 people to prepare just for you and those flying on that specific flight. You'll get a least 8 hours of use of that equipment, you'll get a couple of meals, plus some entertainment to boot. (2.) Walk into a hospital with $2000. What can you get with that?
