Who else? I think if the pilot owns the plane he can put any price on it he wants. But in most cases the plane is owned by the airline and you can choose what airline you want to go to...again...just ask Bill. I guess if your doctor has his own staff and operating room he can charge whatever he wants and if you don't like it you can change doctors. In most cases they don't have their own facilities. What would each of us on this list charge to build a simple web form that gathers basic information (Fname, Lname, address...) store it in a SQL Server Database and send an email to the owners? There is no Cap on this and your only asked to build the form and its action. The client is going to get the final bill that includes your charge plus DBA and hosting services.
