Quite, especially in the Mini (the new car). There are some great driving roads that run along side the Blue Ridge Parkway. And they don't have that ridiculous 45 mph speed limit either. Tail of the Dragon in North Caroline is pretty nice, http://minisonthedragon.info/TheRoad.html.
