Well, I take about 20 fish oil pills a day (nature made), Krill oil,
milk thistle, and shitloads of vitamin D (like 10,000 IUs).  I also
try to drink a small amount POM (to much fructose), eat grapefruit,
omega-3 eggs, flax, walnuts, drink green tea, and get LOTS of protein.

On the downside I drink beer most weekends, enjoy the occasional trip
to white castle, and LOVE mexican food.  Or anything that's actually
spicy (like Thai food).

Anyway, I don't really know if all of this helps or not but I haven't
gotten the flu in 20 years.

And I used to swim in public pools.
