so you are saying that its different if an American citizen preaches hatred and death towards Americans than if someone (not an American citizen) in the US is preaching the same.
How? The end result is the same. The means are the same. For that matter what difference is there between Timothy McVeigh and the 9/11 culprits? Also is there a difference if the person who is preaching the hatred was born in the US or is a naturalized citizen?
