His wife went ballistic on him over allegations the he was cheating which apparently appeared in the National Enquirer.
They had a quarrel, and she got physical. He decided to leave the house. She pursued with a golf club and started smashing the car. How he ended up unconscious on the ground is unknown. Did she actually hit him with the club? Was he using so much painkillers that he couldn't operate a vehicle? Whatever happened, it is between he and his wife.
