This day in history...

12 years ago Kyoto was signed with promises from US and Canada (and many
others) to reduce CO2 emissions to 6% less than 1990 levels. Since then
they've both basically ignored their commitment. Canada even worse so.
Emissions are 26% higher. Canada as a result has completely lost it's
credibility. Steven Harper = (George Bush * Canada)
