Somebody got a ticket a while back at the Bay Bridge for driving in the car pool lane with a mannequin!!
Seems the toll booth person in the next lane noticed a vehicle every morning with the passenger wearing the same clothes, reported it to the cops for follow-up. <g> -Ben > HOV lanes...
