I have worked side by side with many police officers in many different cities and towns. In my experience, guys like this are a very small minority.
Sad part is, most people feel like you do because shit like this shows up on the internet. Would it be a safe assumption that most soldiers are like the ones who abused the prisoners in Abu Graib?
