He was a young flight student in either St. Pete or Clearwater and took off without permission when he was supposed to be doing a pre-flight inspection. He flew across the bay and into the Bank of America building in downtown Tampa (a couple of blocks from where my servers are co-located, actually). Investigators found notes that indicated he was rooting for Osama bin Laden and wanted to carry out an act of terror like 9/11.
