Its not just behavioral psychology. but personality, cognition etc
that impact on our behavior, beliefs etc.

For instance, one of the most enduring and basic traits is called
Extraversion (see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Extraversion). This
personality trait is across all cultures and has been linked to
neurophysiological differences in processing stimuli etc (the
wikipedia article gives a very brief summary). But how its expressed
in terms of behavior can be quite different. For instance response to
different forms of conditioning can be predicted on the basis of this
personality factor, as can drug use, type of drugs used (extraverts
tend to be more likely to use neurologically stiimulative drugs),
activity choice and so on.
