Actually, I believe S/34 was mid 70's...then S/36....then S/38, WHICH
evolved into the AS/400.

wow, I remember RPG (Report Program Generator) language 
from when the IBM System/34 was introduced in the 80's. 
(The System/36 and System/36 became the AS/400.) 

Hey, if it uses a skill you have, and doesn't burn any 
bridges, it's probably good.

Only negatives I can think of - you want to go back to 
CF and an interviewer says "if you're so into CF how 
come you went to RPG?" and the argument "how long has it 
been since you've been doing CF?"

Sometimes you have to justify yourself and explain 
course changes...
