That actually has been brought up before since the Constitution doesn't address it directly. I think it is a good idea so it can be put to rest. I think people and corporations consistently step over the line in regards to our privacy. Either that or let us defend our privacy :-D I personally think that, for example, when I see stories about actors and the like punching a paparazzi in the face, it just tells me that the paparazzi put his nose where it didn't belong and paid the price and that should be the end of it. Violate my privacy at your own risk.
