I agree. That does not make the acts of the pirates right. Also, you _must_ remember that threats do not always make businesses do the right thing. There are _numerous_ albums that are old, or were not so popular. In digital form, it would be childs play to sell these guys online. However, this too falls under the category of "The industry should" do it - not "The industry should do it, so I'm going to steal it until they do."
