I'm not condoning piracy at all. However, as has already been said, it has
been happening for years, in different forms, and I can't see it stopping
anytime soon.

Also, with regards the movie industry, most of the pirate copies are pretty
poor quality. I would much rather watch a film I really want to see on the
big screen, where I can get full enjoyment out of it (ie Attack of the
Clones).

I agree. That does not make the acts of the pirates right. Also, you
_must_ remember that threats do not always make businesses do the right
thing. Maybe the industry will respond by upping the cost of a movie
ticket to 30 bucks.

This is something else I have a problem with. It's one more example of
what the industry is being stupid. There are _numerous_ albums that are
old, or were not so popular. In digital form, it would be childs play to
sell these guys online. However, this too falls under the category of
"The industry should" do it - not "The industry should do it, so I'm
going to steal it until they do."
